Does anyone recommend a certain Carb/Protein/Fat percentage ratio that has worked for them with regards to weight loss?

Thanks!

    My ratios are as follows:

    Fat 50%
    Protein 40%
Carbs 10% - carbs come from vegetables first and then fruit.

    I do 45% carbs 30% protein and 25% fats

Works pretty well for me, I'm at 10.5% Body Fat now and still dropping (my weight has maintained which is what I want, well, actually I want 5 more lbs of muscle but...)

I am diabetic and very carb sensitive when it comes to processed or starchy carbs...........

So, my carb intake is low to keep blood sugar in check.
