Hi

Can anyone rec a yummy tasting, filling, low call...good-for-ya muffin
I picked up the vita-muffins at A&P today
They were ON SALE...4 muffins for $4.69...100 cals each
I picked up the blueberry,...NOT BAD, but any other options..less $$$
