No weight loss

Okay, I'm needing a little motivation. Just finished week 2 of my eating healthy. Keeping it under 1200 calories which I now read is not a good thing. Lost 4 pounds first week. This week I didn't lose anything. I'm a little sad/depressed. I was hoping to get some encouraging words to help me through week 3. Thanks for your help. (sniff sniff)
