Core Cardio & Balance Replacement - Insanity

Hoping someone can help me....I am starting my recovery week this week and found that I do not have the Core Cardio & Balance DVD in my set....can someone suggest an appropriate recovery week replacement from the rest of teh Insanity DVDs? I was thinking of doing the Cardio Recovery and Cardio Abs....please advise ASAP I have to start tonite!
