Bieng large and gaining muscle? weight...

Say your 300 lbs. You need to be under 200 lbs. You are lifting weights also. Muscle does weigh more than fat, however, at that high a weight should you be gaining (even if it's muscle) as opposed to losing?? Or could there be an imbalance somewhere?

If your 300 lbs and lifting weights and not losing weight over the span of several weeks, you're simply eating too many calories (whether you think you are or not).0
