Short Girl Tall Order

Greetings!
My name is Sarah and I'm 5 ft tall, 22 years, currently 164 lbs and wanting to get down to 120. I have always had a hard time sticking to a goal, no matter what subject it was in.
I really want to get down to 120 so I can start doing all the types of activities I want and also so I can wear some cute outfits. I know this may sound vain, but my family has always been on the heavy side until my sister lost lots of weight the healthy way. I have always respected my sister and she has become my inspiration.
I have found that I have a horribly sweet tooth. I see sugar and chocolate and want to consume large amounts of it...only to feel ill afterwards.
I also have anxiety/panic disorder and a history of anorexia (assoiated with the prior problems). I am trying to hard to be good and not slip back into my old ways.
I wanted to join this community so that I can share people and do a bounce back of check and balances to make sure I am not going down the bad roads.
I anyone wants to join me on this journey I would love the company!
Also I have facebook and all that if anyone wanted to be friends beyond here
