UGH!!!! In such a FUNK! I'm so upset with myself. I need to get a better schedule going. Work always alternates (I work part time, sometimes coming in early, sometimes coming in later in the day) my schedule, so it's hard for me to eat when I need two hours to get myself and the baby ready for daycare. By the end of it, I am so far behind schedule, I end up going through a drive thru and making horrible choices! I can't seem to switch gears as easily as I want to. Time is always my struggle and I just end up giving in to whatever. I've gained 2 lbs back, which I'm recording on here just to keep myself honest, and I feel like a big fat loser! I know those aren't encouraging words... but it's how I feel! I was doing soooo good just a couple of weeks ago... what the hell happened????

i experienced the same problem as my job has me on the road quite a bit. Try to make better choices, you can still go to the drive thru (although not the best meal plan) as long as you make better choices. I love the fruit and yogurt parfait (without granola) and it's less than 300 calories. The egg muffin at mcd is less than 300 calories and the fruit and maple oatmeal (i request no sugar) can be less than 300 calories as well.

I just never felt like going to the gym and with my hubby working 3rd shift and having a little one at home, i barely found the time anyway nevermind having the motivation to go! I just picked up a treadmill on craigslist for $80 and since i bought it. last week, i've walked/jogged 3 miles every day with the exception of yesterday. If you can afford it and have the room, try finding time when your little one goes to bed to exercise and take care of YOU!

Feel free to add me if you would like, i'd love to steal your profile photo, it's AWESOME :)

Try to cook ahead and always have some protein and veggies on hand at all times. That way, you can quickly assemble a good, healthy meal.
