My first NSV!

This morning after I got dressed, it felt like my pants were a little tight around the waist. Not uncomfortable, mind you, but just a tiny bit more snug than usual. I decided not to freak out about it. After all, I had a big Easter dinner yesterday, and maybe that's why I was feeling that way.

But later in the day, I figured it out: my pants were a little tighter than usual because I was using the second hole in my belt, rather than the first! I've gone up a hole in my belt! Yay! :smile:

Oddly enough, though, I haven't lost an ounce in over a week. What's up with that?!?

    Congrats on the NSV - and well even though you have not lost in #'s you can lose in inches and that is what you are doing. Your body is reshaping itself. :) Keep up the great work!

    Yay! Isn't it great when, all of a sudden, you notice something new? I just had my first NSV the other day and I am still smiling over it! Keep it up!

    Yeah, it puzzled me for awhile, too. It means "non-scale victory." :smile:
