help needed !! bad diet

I currently have no meal plan set and am finding that I am doing well for about three weeks loosing weight then I go off the deep end and binge I believe its because of my unstructured diet plan.
I was wondering if any one got a diet plan they could share with me that is minimum cost as I am a student and is easy enough that i could make a pack lunch instead of time consuming recipes. stuff like sandwiches and low calorie snacks.
if any one has a plan to fit this purpose or make a plan for me it would be much appreciated .
