Does anyone know how to figure calories burned on an activity if not in data base?
I have added 2lb hand weights to my daily walks and want to know if I am buring any additionla calories?

My only suggestion would be to buy a HRM, that way you know the exact calorie burn you are doing! I have a Polar FT4 and love it, shows length of workout, calorie burn and heart rate along with keeping track of workouts and so on (alos waterproof)! Got mine on bodytronics.com for $58.79 includes free shipping (use promo code POPO)! Good luck!:drinker:0
