Hello all. I'm new to this site like many of you. I'm hoping that actually recording my food intake and "seeing" what I consume will help me (in the short term and long term) to be more conscientious about what I put into my body. I'm pretty good about the required amount of water and my husband and I just purchased a Bowflex (since we haven't been to the gym since August!), so hopefully that will help to increase and expedite the weight loss. I have to say that it is hard to only consume 1200 calories per day! I'm sure that I was previously consuming way more than that. Anyway, just wanted to stop by and say hello. I also want to say that it's nice to see that I'm not the only one struggling. Good luck to everyone.
