Hello Everyone!

I've been having problems with my knee lately while running and walking downhill. I'm pretty sure its runner's knee since my shoes are getting old an i am flat footed and over pronate.

I'm trying to give my knee some rest and am taking a break from running. Is cycling a good cardio workout for cranky knees? Any other suggestions? I hear swimming is also good.

Cycling is very good for sore knees, there's no impact and your still getting your cardio in.
