calcium?

hello all! i've got my food diary counting calcium for me but always come up short by a pretty good margin. i know that milk and other dairy products will have the calcium i need, but any dairy upsets my stomach. soo.. does anyone know what else i can do to get my daily calcium??

anyways.. off to do some heart pumping, blood boiling, hardcore... yoga. :]

    Take a calcium pill, I take calcium with vitamin d 3 times a day (when I can, I forget A LOT) but that should do the trick, I don't have a lot of dairy either!

  • I don't like milk so I sometimes have a hard time with this too. But I LOVE soymilk which I think has the same calcium as milk... I use it in my cereal and coffee in the mornings. I also love yogurt and cheese which helps me get to my calcium goals. And thru tracking on here I've been surprised to notice calcium in sauerkraut, herb salad, cereal, broccoli... it's hidden! :) Oh and tofu. Good luck!
