Im trying to increase my protein intake and I need some ideas for new foods or whatnot to try. Care to share how you get your protein in?

    I drink a protein shake everyday by pure protein an it is frosty chocolate.. it is really good that is 26g of protein I think

    I keep this list with me always:

    Fish - I eat a lot of seafood
    Lean beef ( although I do not eat beef)
    Skinless chicken or turkey ( I will have these maybe once or twice a week)
    Low Fat dairy - cheese sticks, dannon light and fit yogurt
    Eggs - for breakfast or hardboiled in salads or made into egg salad with a tsp of light mayo
    Beans - edemame, chick peas, white black or red beans in soups and salads
    reduced fat peanut butter
    Pasta ( in moderation)
    Grains -( in moderation)

    For those that do protein shakes.. what do you use?

    Any other options? Im at a loss outside of lean meats, and greek yogurt on how to get a lot more protein in!

    Greek Yogurt.
    I like Chobani best. If you get the Champions (marketed for kids) its only about 100 calories.
