My weight is at a standstill ... what should I do ? My calorie goal is 1300 ..

    you might be underestimating your calories. thats usually what happens, it's just really easy to miss a couple hundred in a day when every meal isn't made by you, and at 1300 total, it makes a significant diff imo.
