working out with a hurt knee

I strained something in my knee about a week and a half ago and havent been able to exercise since because I can't do anything that would aggravate it. Its really driving me insane, not having exercised in so long! I really just wanna get drenched in sweat lol. But I can't think of any ideas! I don't have access to a pool, can't run, can't even use an elliptical. Bikes are okay going slowly but that doesn't really make for an intense workout! what else can I do???? Even any online videos would be good. I've been advised to rest my knee and blahdiblah but If I can figure out a way to workout while resting my knee that'd be amazing!

    I'd go for a long walk (hour or so). I tore my MCL and ACL playing football a while back and the trainers told me to start walking as soon as my felt a bit better. Besides that, stationary bike won't hurt it more, might give that a try (intensity is key). Hope you feel better!
