Should I count calories I lose at work as workout calories?

I clean houses for living.
I work every day sometimes 6 hours, sometimes 8. I was wearing HRM once and I have burned 200 kcal per hour. Should I count those calories as workout calories
I think it will be way too much for me to eat . It will be almost 2400 kcal , I don't think I will lose any weight eating so many calories every day.

No don't count it. Only count workouts that you do above and beyond your daily routine.0

This should be reflected in your profile when you chose sedentary, lightly active etc. If you chose sedentary, then count it, but if you said you were active because of your job then don't (it would be duplicating it)0

Set your profile to at least moderately active. That should account for it.0

Count it for sure, I work a desk job and log all the little trips I do in and out of the office. At the end of the day you are moving about and being active

I am a nursing student, so I have my lifestyle set at sedentary because I spent 5 days a week in class sitting on my butt. I work as a CNA one day a week, and it is a vey active job. So I log that one day as exercise and call it good. However, in level 2 of my program I will be in clinicals 3-4 days a week, plus my regular work day. As a nursing student in clinical I am 10x more active (well, almost) so I will set my ticker to lightly active at that piont. Good luck with your journey!0

MFP already figures your activity levels and counts it towards your calories right? I'd only count what I do beyond work.0
