I got hurt and cant exercise much I have resorted to eating a lot ugh still under my TDee but way to much i dont know how to stop it i am frustrated as i still need to lose like 40-45 pounds how do i get back o track i know the cause is these damn meal bars that are chocolate that trigger cravings do i toss them?

    No idea, all I know is, I stick to 1200 calories per day, when I exercise I may eat 100 calories extra that day. I do not touch meal bars or any junk (unless I go out for a drink and then vodka is on the menu). Lots of protein, watch my carbs and fat, minerals and vitamins must be in the diet.

    Basically, I cut out all crap, that includes choccie.

    Haven't had any stall in weight and although I put on 2.5lbs during a two week vacation, that came off immediately by the next weigh-in after getting back home. I have been losing weight since 1st January 2012 and am just 7lbs off my goal now.

    ive lost 46 pounds but now im just not doing it i started drinking diet coke blah still driking water but ugh Can someone come beat my *kitten* please

    you might want to. I have the same problem. I bought weight watchers caramel chew bars today and Im ashamed to say the box is empty. I have no will power with sweet tasting stuff. I did manage to keep myself in the calorie range today thoguh because they are small and only 2 points, but I wont buy them again.

    Im tossiing them then ugh i refuse to gain weight over this. i was hoping to be at least 20 pounds lighter by august if so i gotta cut the crap lolol im tossing diet coke too
