Anyways I'm new here.
Been trolling of a few days.
So a year ago I was graduating from college.
I went from 143 to 181.
Been maintaining that weight for the last year.
And got new stretch marks and can't do all the stuff I use to do.
So I don't like my new body.
I'm 5' 8 1/2" When I was in high school I was 120 and ran varsity track.
I want to be running again. So I'd like to get back close to that weight or close to it
My goal is 124-134. It really doesn't matter.
OH and My name is Jamie.

I"m at a new University now and signed up for aerobics class at the biginning of the year. It is only 2x a week for 50 mins.
So far I've lost 6 pounds without really trying. And eating bad and staying up until 5 am eating random stuff non stop.
If I didn't have a strong desire to eat I'm sure I would have lose 10 plus pounds by now
Today I started Insanity.
I hope it will help me lose 5 pounds by the end of the month and Then I will be doing two rounds this summer. So all in all 2.5 rounds I hope to lose 30 pounds.
Any advice would be loved.
Thanks for all your help in advance.

It will definitely challenge you but if you are committed, it delivers!
You can add me if you want!
Good luck!!!
