Hi, I've lost 50 lbs, and am now looking to do a slow 'recomposition' (get away from 'skinny fat'). Does this site have the functionality to:
1) set macronutrient goals (vs tracking them after the fact), & warn you when you're low/high
2) offer at-a-glance full nutritional reports/analysis (micro/macronutrients all on one page)? Trying to get these from foods vs supplement when I can. (am also trying to be mindful of sodium, cholesterol, vitamins C & B, and iron & magnesium). Would I have to do a new report for each nutrient/vitamin/mineral? Or is that a paid service?
Using web, not app.
Appreciate any help!
