I weigh myself every Friday and I was upset to see I am up 0.9 I know it's not a lot but still I felt upset about it.
I am extremely disciplined with my diet and I do the Leslie Sansone walk away the pounds, I managed only the 1/2 mile than the full 1 mile.
I think I am doing well overall only today I had a minor setback.
I have had my rant and now ready to carry on with my new way of life.
Good luck to everyone else and all take care.

been there and it does stink...no matter how great you are doing with working out and eating right
BUT you have a great attitude...stick with it and it will PAY OFF!
I lost 27 pounds here in about 4 mnths and I had weeks of no loss, just to loose more than I expected over the week or 2 following

Do you find that weighing in on Friday helps you stay on track for the weekend? I was thinking of changing from Monday to Friday.0
