64 lbs gone

Well, I had a rough two weeks.. so lets just say 60 lbs gone. I ate 1500+calories,, did cardio, ate 4 - 6 meals a day, and weight training... Started in July. I'm only posting my pictures to inspire and motivate others. If you ever get discourage, do not forget how far you've come and always remember, this is a lifestyle change and not a diet. :)

In this picture - I think I'm 222 lbs on the left and 165 on the right.
