Any other night shift workers out there?

Hello out there! I am new to MFP as of last week and I am loving it. I am even getting my teenage daughter on board to teach her how to eat healthy. One of my biggest challenges that I have is my schedule...I work nights. And for a long time I would eat my way through my shift in order to stay awake. Yeah...that is not so good for the wardrobe. So I'm working on myself so that I don't have to look like the Pilsbury Dough Boy. Don't get me wrong, he and I have a GREAT relationship! He hangs out on my hips as long as I want him to, but he doesn't look so hot in summer dresses ;-) I am not classifying this life shift as a diet. This time it is a life change and I want to be able to maintain. So, rather than worry about following a program I vow to just write down everything that I put in my mouth and make a concious effort to eat better foods and reasonable portions. Hopefully by having a visual tool I will be able to modify my eating habbits to more healthy, life sustaining, hip re-shaping ones! And if I pick up a friend or two on the way....great!
