I will start with my stats:
5ft4
SW-167lbs
CW-161lbs
GW-133lbs (ish)
B=39 inch
W-27 inch
H-40 inch
Thighs and butt=46 inch
I eat 1200 cals a day and exercise three times a week or more if I can. However hard I exercise I always make sure I eat the 1200.
I am losing weight...steadily...but I am worried about the effect this is having on my body if I am doing it right.
I am a student at the moment with a chronically ill child and a student nurse, I exercise when I can and eat when I can. Just need a little support encouragement.
I have a Jillian Michaels box set of dvds which I do most nights.
I drink alot of water and green teas.
Any thoughts or tips?
