havent recorded info in a couple of weeks

Gosh need lots of support and encouragement. Havent been recording food and exercise for a couple of weeks. still trying to watch what i eat and have been exercising at least 3 days a week. I am really busy at work, home ( daughter graduated from nursing school and passed state boars, son is graduating from high school and that daughter is getting married this summer0 i need dto stay the weight i am or lose 5 more pounds but really need to tone more. So many celebrations have caused me to eat more sweets than normal. any one got any encouragement?

It sounds like you have a lot of GREAT stuff going on in your life, so kudos to you :-)
I understand about being too busy to log into myfitnesspal--I am a newlywed, grad student, and manage a restaurant--it is so hard to find time to log on and calculate!
I just make sure I definitely put in my breakfast, lunch and exercise. I make sure that my breakfast and lunch is low cal so I can go on my day knowing that I have over a thousand calories, lots of fat and carbs to use. When I finish the day, as long as I don't eat pizza, fried food, or other deliciously unhealthy foods, I can bet I stayed under my nutrition budget.
