well keeping it will be hard! Because the human body is designed to lose weight overall..
So try to tone up the parts you want to keep... tris. bies, thights, calfs, back..... and i its your boobs.:grumble: .. sorry but thats part of getting fit...
If you look at one person compared to the next from one side of the world to the other people are proportioned pretty good... unless altered in surgery... So i think you will look just fine no matter how much weight you lose
if its your butt you dont want to lose weight in... try lots of lunges, squats.. and the incline to do your upper butt part...
good luck!0 -
If you don't exercise, you may lose weight but you'll be flabby....you don't want that. How and where you lose weight is going to depend more on genetics and your body type than on rather or not you exercise. Healthy, toned and confident is attractive.0

I don't understand. what areas? Are you talking about your breasts?
It may happen a little, it's a trade off you just have to make if you want to drop
fat. Exercise is important though, and if you exercise, it keeps you from losing
bone and muscle mass, which makes you healthier, and look better, so it's
well worth any "areas" you may be worried about.0 -
You're going to look hot no matter what! Silly girl ... like everyone else said if you work the muscles where you want to keep the curves you'll be fine. :-) Except for the cha cha's but it would be weird if you went down 4 pant sizes (or whatever) and your boobs were just as big. They would look HUGE! What part of your body do you want to keep? maybe people can recommend exercises to help?0

...wouldnt it just be a perfect world if we could excersice and lose weight in only the places that we wanted?!?!? it is true tho...I would rather be tone with smaller areas then flabby with big ones!! lol What are the best workouts to lift and tone your bootay!? I dont want my pants to be saggy hahha

should i do less running and more weights to get the areas that i want?0

running is good for your calfs! cardio is good at least 3 x a week and you should lift weights every other day... legs one and arms the other..
I just found this website... i hope this helps... of course you dont have to do exactly what she does, but it gives you a good understanding of how to exercise and what days..

Squats and lunges to work the bum.
The chest machine and chest exercises could actually help make them a bit perkier....seeing as how you can't spot reduce.
You need cardio to get the heart rate up and burn some calories.0
