Ok sorry if this is a stupid question but if I am counting my calories and staying within my goals both for calories and fat could I be eating too much cheese? Does it matter as long as I'm eating within my goals?
I ask because I have heard people tell other people not to eat so much of it. I usually use reduced fat cheese/cream cheese or laughing cow cheese.

Don't worry about it as long as you are within your goals AND eating a balanced diet.0

I have a really serious issue with sodium and cheese is higher in sodium, so I have to be careful even with the low calorie cheeses.0
