Hey, there!!

I'm new here...my husband and I have been tracking with MFP for a week now. We're loosely following the Drop 10 Diet from Self Magazine (I bought the book!). We both need to eat better, work out more, and get healthier. My favorite form of exercise is Leslie Sansone videos and Zumba classes at the gym.

We have 3 fantastic kids (7 yo girl, 5 yo twin boys), work like crazy (I'm a high school teacher, he's an architect), and just try to keep our heads above water most of the time.

My start weight last week was 167. I'm 4'11. I have Crohn's disease, and my weight has fluctuated so much over the last few years. 155-160 was my normal weight before I got sick in 2008, then I dropped to 115 in a few months of being really ill and not being able to hold down food. I had a bowel resection surgery, was able to eat again, and ballooned right back up to normal, topping out at 170 in December.

I officially weigh on Friday. Hoping for 2 pounds!

I'd love some motivation buddies!!!
