Newbie Here

I am 38 and mom of 2 who works full time. I have let my busy life take control and not kept myself in the best of shape. I am now looking at that 40 coming around the corner and want to be at a healthy weight by then. I started in January at 212 lbs. Today I am at 184. I am wanting to lose at least another 35. Any tips/suggestions from you other busy moms out there.
