Sooooo Tired

I started my 30 Day Shred and watching what I was eating last week, but this weekend has completely shot everything that I was doing. We went to a birthday party Saturday that had everything unhealthy. I did okay there until the cake...Sunday was Easter, but we had Chinese and other random crappy things, so that was completely blown. I didn't do my shred either day.. I took the day off yesterday because I wasn't feeling good (most likely all of the crap that I ate this weekend), and my food yesterday was out of control. I have been feeling really sleepy over the last couple of days and just don't feel like doing anything. Any advice on how to get motivated and get back into everything? I seriously just want to go to sleep right now and sleep all day...

Girl, if Jillian has 400 lb people doing this, you can do it too! LOL. Just keep thinking 'sexy thighs, sexy arms, sexy butt, beach!' and get to work!0

When I get like that....where I have no interest or motivation for working out I just make myself go do it, in the same way I make myself take a shower and go to work each day. It often sucks, but I always feel better after making the effort.0

I guess I could do that. It can't hurt to make myself workout lol. There's no harm being done. Maybe it'll help me not to feel so blah and to get back on track with it. I hate feeling so tired and lazy...thanks!0

Just remember how good you will feel after you finish your workout!0

The sugar does it to me. I literally crash from too much sugar and end up need a nap or early bed time. Maybe after your system flushes out all the sugars and processed stuff, you will be back on track and energized again. Until then, I agree with the other posts about just making yourself do it anyway. Besides, the workout will flush your system even faster. Remember how it made you feel - use it as a lesson learned. Good luck to you!!!0

I read on here somewhere that if you don't feel like working out.....do it for 10 mins and if you still don't feel like it then stop. She said she only stopped a very few times. It is so tough to do it everyday, but I am thinking beach in a swimsuit without feeling embarrassed.0
