Tiffany Rothe workouts

I've just discovered Tiffany Rothe's workout videos on youtube and I'm not quite sure how to log what I've done in my exercise diary. It's a mix of dancing and cardio for 8-14 minutes each. Also, how do I gauge how many calories I've burned to log? Would wearing a pedometer give me a close enough accurate reading? Thanks for any help.
