Hello, please help me. Do you eat your excercise calories back or not???? No one can clearly tell me!

If you are using MFP as designed, yes.
Some people choose to increase their deficit via burned calories (which is okay as long as you're not going too far below), some people account for their exercise in their calorie calculations and simply don't track it.
Be warned that sometimes it overestimates calorie burn for activities.
Try it for a while and see how it works.0 -
Ok, so I have 5 workouts per week at 20 min apiece in my settings? So do I eat them back or not?0

You have to figure out what works for you. My total is 1200 and I went through a month long plateau of not losing anything bc my BMR was going up but I was not fueling it. Once I started eating most of my exercise calories back; those last 5 quickly came off. I usually only eat my cardio cals back bc I lift alot of weights and I lift heavier than most women and I'm just never really sure what I'm burning. As long as I'm above 1200 in the end I am ok. I'm actually going to be upping my cals completely as I'm at my weight but want more muscle now.0
