I can and do sometimes smile. Just occasionally mind.

    pls share (if it's not too much trouble) what your days consisted of in terms of calorie/exercise/thought processes/motivation. it's so motivating to see the difference, in only 3 months (that's like July 10 from today when summer's just begun).
