Any tips or tricks for curbing sugar cravings? I've started incorporating more fruit in my diet in an effort to help satiate my 'sweet tooth', but I still find myself craving sweets (especially chocolate!)!

A lot of protein. A lot.

Also check out the dr. Natura detox. It cleanses everything out so you wont crave anything :D

Watch your total carb load. Then play with foods to see what causes cravings. I had to get rid of soda, diet soda, candy, and pasta but some bread is ok for me especially in the morning.

Also switched white rice to brown or wild.

I seldom have carvings now. I did find cliff bars caused a problem.

This is going to sound snarky, but it's not meant to be - stop eating anything with sugar in it - and I mean everything!

I stopped eating anything processed, I make everything I eat without sugar and after a week, I was good. For sure suppliment with fruit to start, but don't over do it, I keep it to 1 maybe 1.5 pieces of fruit a day.

So far, this is the only thing that has worked for me and I am 4 weeks with no sugar and don't have cravings - this means - no pop, not even diet, no sweeteners of any kind, read labels, if it has corn syrup, sugar, high fructose blah blah, any of that stuff, don't eat it.

Also, eat protein and healthy fats - it will make you feel full longer and should help a little with the cravings.
