Peckish and wants to snack! Even though ive already had my t

Yesterday i over indulged with easter eggs and a take away, tempting to have another one but trying to keep away from the easter egg whilst im watching am ovie! Ive exercised alot today, and burnt of almost a 1000 calories, but i am trying to eat healthy as yesterday i piggedo ut so i was sticking to my daily allowence.
And i've also had brunch and tea with a fruit bar... but still peckish! what shall i do?
Eat my easter eggs :( or find something snack on healthier.. or just don't eat? Helpppppp thankyou :) xx

    Maybe you could do both. if you're craving for another easter egg. Go for it. Don't deny your body what it's craving. It'll get worse. To keep from eating a whole bunch of it, get a healthy snack to go along with it. Don't forget your water and eat somewhat at a slow pace. I hope this helps!
