Yesterday i over indulged with easter eggs and a take away, tempting to have another one but trying to keep away from the easter egg whilst im watching am ovie! Ive exercised alot today, and burnt of almost a 1000 calories, but i am trying to eat healthy as yesterday i piggedo ut so i was sticking to my daily allowence.
And i've also had brunch and tea with a fruit bar... but still peckish! what shall i do?
Eat my easter eggs or find something snack on healthier.. or just don't eat? Helpppppp thankyou xx

Maybe you could do both. if you're craving for another easter egg. Go for it. Don't deny your body what it's craving. It'll get worse. To keep from eating a whole bunch of it, get a healthy snack to go along with it. Don't forget your water and eat somewhat at a slow pace. I hope this helps!0
