over on sugar

After logging my food for a few weeks I seem to be over on sugar almost everyday. It's frustrating because the sugar is coming from fresh fruit, an apple, a pear, etc. Then items that you would not think are high in sugar or add to your daily sugar count like milk? Is anyone else having a hard time staying within their goal?
