Who has had success with their foods? I love peanut butter, and breads, but I also love my homemade green juice, fruits, veggies, water, yogurts etc. So I need to stay away from the bad stuff but I cant DEPRIVE myself because I heard thats not good too. HELP!

Ok, I have experimented with so many meal ideas and you just gotta find low cal foods you WANT to eat. First off, I would like to say the one thing that really helps me eat healthy is choosing a meal plan FOR THE WEEK, and making it all on Sunday night. I make enough for 5 servings and then I wing it on the weekend once the pre-made food runs out.
If you like peanut butter you can try one TBSP spread over a rice cake. Rice cakes are only about 30-35 calories each for the bigger ones. I got addicted to this for a while. Sooo yummy, and crunchy and sweet! But be realistic with how much peanut butter you put on there. Remember, you only need a little bit to still get that taste.
Also, I love cereal so to reduce the calories, I started drinking almond milk. It is a little different and takes some getting used to, but the plain flavored almond milk is only 60 calories / cup versus milk which is aprx. 140 cals /cup. Also if you add in a cup of blueberries it makes it more filling for not alot more calories. Just make sure you are not eating high sugar cereals. Processed sugar can lead to binges :-(
My new thing is creamy plain yogurt mixed with a chopped up apple. I find it yummier than just an apple and the added protein from the yogurt helps to satisfy for longer. Add some diced nuts for a nice crunch!
My lowest calorie snack is what I call "herbed cottage cheese". You take non-fat cottage cheese, add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and diced chives. Then to make it a little more filling I added chopped celery, chopped cucumber, and chopped red bell pepper. It is pretty filling and very low calorie. It also satisfies a salt craving.
For breakfast I have gotten addicted to egg white burritoes. I sautee onion, spinach and mushrooms, cook up an entire carton of egg whites, throw together in a low carb (80 calorie) tortilla and top with salsa. You can have a HUGE burrito for the low low cost of under 300 calories.
OK, one last idea, Sorry to rant, I hope at least ONE of these ideas sounds good to you :-) I like to have spinach salad with cherry tomatoes, raw broccoli, and shredded chicken (the canned kind from Costco). I top it with only 1 TBSP of QUALITY rasberry vinagrette (full fat and everything).
Like I said before, I make individual servings for the entire week all on Sunday (or at least I aim to do that). Making eggs all at once means you only have to clean the pan once, not every day.
I hope this helps, good luck!0
