I had a partial meniscusectomy at the end of December. I made sure to rehab my knee, but here it is 3 months later and when I jog my knee still aches and I always just push through it. I am taking a Physical Agility Test in 2 weeks and a 500yd sprint is on the agenda. I haven't sprinted since my surgery, but I jog 3-5miles at least once a week. I have a knee brace that I plan on using.
Has anyone else had this kind of surgery recently and how long after were you able to get out and really hit the pavement? I know everyone is different and I have sent an email to my ortho asking about potential further damage, I just curious...
