Help! nutrition info on venison hot links, sheep casing?

I helped make some venison hot links and I know what went into them but I can't find info on the casings we used. Pretty sure it was sheep. Also forgot to take a final count of how many we got from 7lbs deer and 3lbs pork mix. Any of you hunters have any info for me?

*Edited to add that I can't ask my dad cause he's off hunting or fishing somewhere.
