    I'd go for the 18. However, if you're being really regimented and never have a cheat day the 16 could be possible (with, I'd imagine at a guess 30-45mins of cardio 5 days a week or something like that) and 1,200 calories.

    For info, I've lost 11 lbs and that equates to 2 inches off my waist (I'm 5"2 for reference) 18 is a safe bet and yeah, get it beforehand just in case you've lost more and it doesn't fit quite right for photos!
