Need a calorie est. for a buffalo burger

So, I'm going out to this organic, green-certified restaurant tomorrow. One dish that's been getting a lot of kudos is the buffalo burgers. Can someone give me a decent estimate of this meal?

- 1/2 lb 98% lean bison patty
- Whole wheat bun
- Lettuce, tomato, etc. (no cheese)
- Ketchup, mustard (no mayo)
- Fruit cup (my side)

I want to enjoy myself, but I'd like to have a decent idea.
