nevermiiiiiiind. i think i've got it. sorry for deleting the whole rant/confession i put up. summarized:

essentially, i think i was slipping into starvation mode by having unrealistic expectations for summer weight loss, so now i'm overhauling my goals to something that i'm hoping is healthy: eating AT LEAST half of my exercise calories no matter how many nuts it takes, potentially investing in a HRM, and only losing a pound a week.

for those of you who are done or almost done, at which points did you lower your pounds-per-week?

if this has already been discussed, please link me - i coudn't find a thread with the keywords i used.
