No micro lunches

I need some new ideas for lunch. I do not have a way to heat anything up for lunch and I get tired of taking salad and sandwiches. New ideas would be helpful

If you like tuna, here is a great recipe to have with crackers. All ingredients are to taste.
1 can tuna
Finely diced green/red pepper
Finely diced onion (redif you like)
Finely chopped tomatoes
Ceasar Dressing (Paul Newmans, more like a vinegrette)
Mix all and regrigerate to blend flavors. Great even the next day or two. For the veggies, if you have a food processor it will make them finer and easier to blend.
I've taken this along with some cucumbers and even hard boiled eggs.:wink0 -
I don't like seafood But it sounds like it would be a good recipe with chicken! Thanks0
