Cardio, Upper Body, Lower Body

On what days/how often do you exercise your upper body, lower body, do cardio, etc.??

  • I aim for cardio 5x a week, and strength train 4x a week. My routine right now is cardio Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri, Sat

    Strength Mon,Tues, Thurs, Fri. I take Wednesdays and Sunays off as rest days

    No cardio at this point.

    Full body Mon, Wed, Fri.

    Lower body cardio (Elliptical/Bike/Running) three to four times a week.
    Upper body weight/resistance/strength training at least two to three times a week.
