    Thank you!! How I did it was the old fashion way. Exercise and eat healthy. I basically changed my lifestyle overnight, cold turkey. I woke and said "I'm going to do this!" and I did it!!

    Wow! Congratulations! That is amazing! I'm hoping to lose 120 lbs and I've lost just a little over 40 lbs so far. Fingers crossed that my pics look as good as yours do next January!

    Thank you!! All I did and still do is eat healthy and exercise. The old fashion way of losing weight. It's all about portion control. Drink plenty of water and sweat it out! :smile: You can lose 70 lbs. It's possible!! Push yourself and you have to want it to get it!!
