what has like no calories in it???

ok here's the thing going to my mother in laws house today and she always has alot of junk out on the tables...what can i bring to snack on with out going over board....please help!!!

    What about cut up celery, Carrots & cucumber and a low fat dip!

    Guacamole and veggi chips is my favorite low cal food.

    Also rolled lunch meats or a fruit salad ( no banana's).

    Pickles also have very few calories.

    Salad with a low cal dressing.

    thank you all.....but i did lose two pounds this week from all my hard work and today was by far my bad day and i will never do that again..we never got back home and there where chips..but lays lights and dip and cake...so now i'm off to the gym tomorrow for a hard day of working out...i really wish i could have made it home to see all the great ideas..but theres always a nexted time..
