I need running shoes. What do my MFP friends recommend?

Help, I don't want to buy the wrong shoes.

At the moment I am walking/jogging through gravel and around a track field.

Go to a local running shoe store and get fitted. It will be worth it.

I personally like a minimalist shoe. I wear Brooks Pure Connects.

Definitely visit a run store to determine what shoe is best for you. I have been wearing Asics GEL-Kayanos for a couple of years and I haven't had the urge to switch yet.
