Seems like you're letting the fact that you don't have time to exercise beat you. It's mainly about what you eat. I would just focus on eating right, and take the exercise when you can get it.0

I wouldn't call myself a morning person, but I do get up every morning to get my jog. My hours are really irregular. I take classes from 8 to 1 and then in the afternoons I work as an English teacher until around five. In the evenings (7-10) I usually try to catch up on my homework. However, I have found that if I get up at 6, I can still sneak in a jogging work-out and I feel great during the day. Give yourself a week to adjust to the rhythm and you'll get to like it.0

Different things work for different people, but I like "sneak exercise". For instance, can you march in place or raise your legs while doing things like talking on the phone, brushing your teeth. Get a little exercise and then getting a little more is easier. Do some stretches when you first wake up -- super yawns. Do step exercises, treadmill or ride exercise bicycle while watching tv. Park a little farther away than you must (or get off the bus or subway a stop early). Flex abs or squeeze gluts while waiting in line or even sitting in the car. Walk up or down steps instead of taking an elevator. (Be careful if you have knee problems.). Put on some music and dance. The more you move, the easier it gets to move.0

I have found that in spare moments if you put salsa music on and dance around and move your arms burns about ten calories a minute. Good Luck!!0

I used the same excuse for years, I dont have time, mother of 3 and work seemed impossible! Thank the lord something finally hit me back in January that I was tired of it, and I wanted my old body back!!
I started with my food, started by cutting out Soda, or having only 1 a day, drinking water instead I always said I didnt like water and I couldnt drink it, So I added crystal light packages to them, now I dont even do that, I can drink plain ol' water! I signed up for MFP and entered my info went off the calories they said, which was like 1580 or something at first, I was so paranoid about going over I never ate that much anyway! I started off by only exercising like 15-20 minutes a day on a treadmill, When I seen the scale start to move, I pushed myself more and more, it has became an addiction to me, on the treadmill I am like a hawk and watch the Calories burned vs the distance and just keep setting more goals. I am up to an hour on it now!! Then I started to like the whole sweating thing, made me feel like I was really working at it, and it just made ME feel so good on the inside!!
Honestly too, logging in and looking at the Success board DAILY is what keeps me motivated as well. I would set small goals, ones that you know you can achieve, and go from there! YOU CAN DO IT, IF YOU WANT TO!!
Good luck to you! Feel free to add me if you want to!!0
