Eat double your BMR?

I was just curious how many people eat double their BMR for a 'spike' day and how often? You don't eat your exercise calories ALL week right? I am very curious about trying this but I want to hear some stories first---positive or negative. Do you think it helps? I am within 5 lbs of my goal---does that matter if you have less to lose? I tried using the search forums for any past threads---but it isn't working on my computer at the moment:smile: .
