Hi to all i need ur expert advise

Hai to all am kiran new to this forum. my question is my weight is 63 kg age is 26 and height is 161 cm and then my problem is day by day am becoming lazy. previosuly i use to wake up at 6 o clock nowadays its not possible.and am not even brisk and smart and am little bit addict to alcohol (beer)

how can i overcome this , ?

previosly i went to stadium doing running 5 rounds but now adays not possible
